1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations are provided for purchases of 20 Liter Energy Dense Water – Spring Water through our website or via our authorized delivery partner, BookMyWater App.
 

2. No Refund After Successful Delivery

  • Once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are considered only in specific cases mentioned under Section 3.
     

3. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement jar will be provided only under the following situations:

a) Broken or Tampered Seal at Delivery

  • If the jar’s seal is broken or tampered at the time of delivery.

b) Damage During Transit

  • Visible physical damage to the jar or packaging at delivery.

c) Water Quality Issues

  • If the customer identifies any quality-related concerns, they must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Supporting proof (photos/videos) must be sent to feedback@energydensewater.com or via BookMyWater App support.

If the issue is validated by our quality team, we will provide a free replacement or refund based on the situation.
 

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Customers may cancel their order before it is dispatched.

  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Dispatch:

  • Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
     

5. Subscription Orders (BookMyWater App)

  • For recurring subscription orders, cancellations must be done through the BookMyWater App.

  • Unused or future scheduled deliveries can be paused or cancelled.

  • Refunds for prepaid subscriptions will be calculated based on unused credits.
     

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In some cases, bank or payment gateway delays may extend this period.
     

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Water contamination after delivery due to improper storage

  • Customer not available during delivery attempt

  • Wrong address provided by the customer

  • Delay caused by weather, logistics, or unavoidable circumstances
