We sell 20 Liter Energy Dense Water – Spring Water.

The MRP of each jar is ₹1500/-, including delivery charges.

Water is sourced from Himalayan natural springs and filled following safety and hygiene standards.

Product specifications are subject to change based on quality improvements.
3. Ordering & Delivery

BookMyWater App is our authorized delivery partner.

Customers can place orders through the BookMyWater App or via our official website.

For subscription plans and recurring deliveries, using the BookMyWater App is recommended for a smoother experience.

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, customer care number, or authorized partners.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather, and logistics.

Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the product.

Any incorrect address details resulting in failed delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Pricing & Payment

The price of ₹1500/- per 20 Liter jar is inclusive of all applicable charges and delivery.

5. Jar Handling & Responsibility

Each jar is sealed and delivered in good condition.

Improper storage (exposure to heat, sunlight, or contamination) after delivery is the customer's responsibility.
6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

No refund once the water jar is delivered, unless there is a product quality issue.

The jar seal is broken at the time of delivery

Water quality issues are reported with proof (photo/video) within 24 hours of delivery
